The holiday season is a time of love, warmth, and giving—but for many families, it’s a season of struggle. A Reach Beyond the Surface, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to ensuring that no family in our community goes without a holiday meal or a reason to smile this season.

Our Mission: $15,000 to Bless Families in Need
We are raising $15,000 to provide:

✅ 50 Thanksgiving meal kits (including turkey and all the fixings) – Distributed Saturday, November 22, 2025
✅ 50 Christmas meal kits (including ham and holiday sides) – Distributed Saturday, December 20, 2025
✅ Christmas gifts for 50 children to make their holiday special

For those who have a car but are struggling to afford gas, a $25 gas gift card can be the difference between getting to work, a medical appointment, or taking children to school. This support helps individuals stay mobile and self-sufficient.

Grocery Gift Cards ($25 - Needs-Based Assistance)
A $25 grocery gift card provides essential food items for individuals and families in need. Whether it’s fresh produce, pantry staples, or baby formula, this donation ensures that no one goes hungry due to financial strain.

Diapers for New Moms
Many new mothers struggle to afford diapers for their babies. Your donations will allow us to purchase and distribute diapers and baby essentials to help new moms provide for their little ones during challenging times.

Blankets for the Homeless
A warm blanket can bring comfort and protection from the elements for individuals experiencing homelessness. Your donation helps us distribute warm blankets to those in need, especially during harsh weather conditions.

Hygiene Products for Those in Need
Access to basic hygiene products is a challenge for many struggling individuals. Donations will go towards providing toothpaste, soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, and other essential personal care items to restore dignity and well-being.

Benevolence Assistance (Utilities, Rent, Emergency Needs)
We are looking to offer benevolence assistance for individuals facing financial hardship with essential expenses such as utility bills and rent. Assistance is provided directly to landlords or utility companies after an approval process to ensure the funds are used effectively to prevent evictions and service disconnections.
